The online booking process was super easy, I was sent a questionnaire that was very straightforward to complete and sent a zoom link for my online consultation.

I contacted Blackabey’s as I have had Acne Rosacea for just over a year now, I had been prescribed a steroid cream by my GP for this condition, which I don’t like using too much as it seems to dry out the skin and it appears redder and more irritated.

I can only say that she was very knowledgeable and informative on what is happening to the skin with this condition and the underlying cause of Rosacea and what could be done to alleviate this, she was very professional throughout and followed up with information on Rosacea along with a list of products to calm the condition not only medical grade by also over the counter alternatives.
